At Salon Disegno, our Associate Program offers a hands-on, immersive experience designed to build confidence in technical skills, guest care, and business growth. Associates are paired with a dedicated service provider, offering real-time mentorship and the chance to learn through collaboration.

This program follows a performance-based level system, creating a clear path for career development. Our goal is for every associate to graduate feeling prepared, empowered, and ready to transition seamlessly into life behind the chair.

Not licensed yet? Our Apprenticeship Program is a great alternative to traditional cosmetology school. Unlike the Associate Program—designed for newly licensed stylists—our apprenticeship allows you to earn your license while gaining real salon experience. You’ll work side by side with our team, learning hands-on every step of the way.
